How to avoid support delay:
- Provide Purchase Details to verify your purchase.
- If possible provide URL and/or screenshots where you see issue.
- It’s good to provide FTP Details and Admin Panel Details.
For Theme Installation
- You have to submit a ticket with purchase details for installation service.
- We need FTP/cPanel details and Admin Panel details to install theme, you can fill those fields while submit ticket.
- Ticket Subject starting with “Installation” i.e “Installation – WooCommerce – Apparel Theme WOO010001”
